Return and Refund Policy

At sublimenail.com, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we're here to help.

 

Returns

You have 30 days from the date of receiving your order to initiate a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. Please allow a few days for the refund to be processed and credited to your account.

 

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs for returning items are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.
